Class O Armaflex
Class 0 Armaflex is the professional flexible insulation for reliable and continuous condensation control. The optimal combination of low thermal conductivity and a high resistance to water-vapour prevents long-term energy losses and water vapour ingress. The microcell structure of Class 0 Armaflex provides a continuous barrier to water vapour, which is built up – cell by cell – throughout the entire thickness of the material. Class 0 Armaflex has been certified according to the GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) certification program for low emitting products. Armaflex is also the first flexible insulation material equipped with MICROBAN® technology. When microbes come in contract with the insulation surface, MICROBAN® protection penetrates the cell wall of the micro-organism, disabling its ability to function, grow and reproduce.

Armaflex Knife Set

Armaflex Duct
Armaflex Duct is manufactured from closed-cell elastomeric foam to provide long-term thermal efficiency. The structure of this foam limits the entry of water vapour to prevent changes in thermal conductivity. It can provide excellent fire and mechanical resistance, washable surface and non-wicking to reduce water presence in system and insulation. Especially, Armaflex Duct has been used extensively in raised floor application, with project history in banks, data centres, hotels and office buildings. Ease of use excellent insulation values and reliable performance makes Armaflex an ideal material for under floor plenums.
Armaflex 520 Adhesive
Armaflex 520 Adhesive is a yellow-coloured, low-viscosity adhesive for use with Armaflex insulation. It is specially formulated to create uniform and safe bonding of seams and butt joints, and for adhering Armaflex to cleaned metal surfaces. Armaflex 520 is easy to apply, and dries quickly to speed installation. Service temperature ranges from -200℃ to +105℃, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
Armaflex 520 BLV Adhesive
520 BLV Adhesive is a low VOC air-drying contact adhesive that is excellent for joining seams and butt joints of Armaflex Pipe and Sheet Insulations for line temperatures up to 250ºF (120ºC). It will make a resilient and heat-resistant bond with many materials where the use of a toluene-free, hexane-free low VOC, solvent-base rubber contact adhesive is suitable and desirable and it was developed to meet requirement for reduced emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds.
Arma-Chek® R
Arma-Chek R is the professional elastomeric covering system, extreme resistance and durability minimizing the risk of under insulation corrosion. It is a reliable insulation system substrate with a high density surface coating, highly resistant to ultraviolet radiation, saltwater and mechanical stress.
Armafinish 99 Paint
Armafinish 99 paint is a water based coating, using an advanced ter-polymer resin system. When properly applied, the coating is suitable for protection of Armaflex materials against sunlight, UV radiation and chemical attack. The coating when fully cured, maintains the flexibility, resistance to water vapour and fire performance of Armaflex material.
Class O Arma-Chek Silver 350
Arma-Chek® Silver 350 is a multi-layer laminate of aluminum, coated with special UV protection and a polymer backing. Arma-Chek® Silver 350 has high puncture and tear resistance, contains flame retardant, and can be used as an exterior facing on hot or cold insulation systems. This product also offers excellent water tightness and vapour-barrier performance.
